Dear F&B Lounge Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I would like to bring to your attention an issue I experienced yesterday. When I arrived at the airport, I was unable to access the lounge, even though my app clearly showed that I was on reward Level 4. This caused me a great deal of inconvenience.
To make matters worse, I’ve noticed that my account has now been Debited please fix this now
