I want my life cover back NOW
Who gave you the permission to cancel my life cover, with one month in arrears tell me ? How does it work. Month end I was supposed to be debited twice to be update. I have more than 10 years having tha life cover. I want it back NOW you are crocks

Dear F&B Lounge Team, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to bring to your attention an issue I experienced yesterday. When I arrived at the airport, I was unable to access the lounge, even though my app clearly showed that I was on reward Level 4. This caused me a great deal of inconvenience. To make matters worse, I’ve noticed that my account has now been Debited please fix this now

The most useless service provider, you blocked my account for 90 cents, what an inconvenience, Thursday I paid R2 till today my account still blocked and I can't make calls. What do u want from me tell me? After this contract no more renewals, u are the worst
