Worst service at Slug & Lettuce Durbanville

I do not know if the service is all over as bad, but there is no service whatsoever if you sit outside. We had to go inside to go to the waiter and put an order in. Maybe you think that if someone sits outside they go to the bar, but if you are being served by a waiter I expect the waiter to check up on the table, considering that I am a waiter myself. I saw a table sit down and leave because they did not get any service. I know its cold outside in the winter but this is what your waiters signed up for unfortunately when they applied like it or not. Then also everyone doesnt go to slug & lettuce to drink alcohol, so ensure that you have more than two late cups on hand. Ive been to the sulg & lettuce in newlands and they are a 150% more hands on than your waiters. Therefore I wont be going there anytime soon or refer anyone there.
