Quality = BAD
Jonsson workwear used to be the go to workwear for men working in the field, but recently very disappointing as the clothes do not last and tears very quickly. Pants that were bought in April 2025 has been torn in the first week of wearing it. The more I enquire by others the more people say that they have been realizing that the quality has been really bad for more than 3 years now where on a almost weekly basis the clothing needs to be fixed.

Outrageously crazy!!!
This should be minis 5 stars. I bought pillows in November. At first they were fluffed and nice but as they went doen I started feeling a hard lump on the inside. I decided to open them both and at my surprise found almost 100 cloths on the inside. The reason for this is not clear and I am highly upset as the pillows were meant to be bamboo pillows

False advertising by Nu Metro Mountain Mill Mall
According to Nu metro Mountain Mill Mall in Worcester, clicks clubcards are no longer applicable, while they state on their Mountain Mill Mall site that the clicks clubcard is still applicable. This false advertising can lead to many people in the community being under the wrong impression.

Worst service at Slug & Lettuce Durbanville
I do not know if the service is all over as bad, but there is no service whatsoever if you sit outside. We had to go inside to go to the waiter and put an order in. Maybe you think that if someone sits outside they go to the bar, but if you are being served by a waiter I expect the waiter to check up on the table, considering that I am a waiter myself. I saw a table sit down and leave because they did not get any service. I know its cold outside in the winter but this is what your waiters signed up for unfortunately when they applied like it or not. Then also everyone doesnt go to slug & lettuce to drink alcohol, so ensure that you have more than two late cups on hand. Ive been to the sulg & lettuce in newlands and they are a 150% more hands on than your waiters. Therefore I wont be going there anytime soon or refer anyone there.

No more cuppacakes
False advertising of cuppacakes on averti*****t signs. No clear indication that it is no longer being sold, lady just said its not winter anymore. Guess its time to take the signs down then.
