Defective Mattress & Base Set

I have reached out to Slumberland, Bravo brands and the store I purchased from (Mattress Corporation). To date I have not received a response from you anyone. I bought a slumberland Springfield queen mattress and base set last year ,after 6 months it started making a creaking noise. I don't know if the creak is from the mattress or base, but it is too new to be making a noise. It seems like the store sold me a defective mattress and base set. I spent a lot of money and would expect far better quality.
