Defective Product

Hi there,

I have reached out to you guys, Bravo brands and the store that I have purchased from. To date I have not received a response from anyone. I bought a slumberland Springfield mattress and base set in April last year, after 6 months it started making a creaking noise. I don't know if the creak is from the mattress or base, but it is too new to be making noise. I spent a lot of money and would expect far better quality. Please advise on what to do next.
