The stars are for the staff who were doing their best. If I could I would remove them completely as the problem came about by the way the MD, Savas, was treating his staff. Talking down at them, standing right next to them and repeating himself... loudly. This is not how you win first time customers over to become repeat and advocating customers. By the time we left with our pizza and 4 tiny wings, we were both feeling anxious and upset for the staff. The pizza, Hawaiian, was really good. Just a pity it went down with a sour memory. Will I support him again. Not a chance!
