Awesome Pizza at Smack Pizza Co
Went to Smack Pizza Co in Rivonia for date night with my hubby. They have a date night menu on a Thursday that is definitely worthwhile. Awesome food, fantastic service. I would highly recommend Smack Pizza Co.

Awesome Pizza at Smack Pizza Co
Went to Smack Pizza Co in Rivonia for date night with my hubby. They have a date night menu on a Thursday that is definitely worthwhile. Awesome food, fantastic service. I would highly recommend Smack Pizza Co.

Gossiping Staff
The pizza’s amazing, no question. However, my partner and I had such a terrible experience when we went to order in store. The staff was shamelessly gossiping about us, very loudly too as if they wanted to make it a point that we hear them. Our interaction with the staff was literally just us greeting, placing an order, then being told when our pizza would be ready, so very minimal. They spewed micro aggressive/****** statements about me and my partner and laughed about it while we were standing there. It was so uncomfortable and it sucked so much because we really like the restaurant.

Terrible service from Smack Pizza Harvest Place
First time we ordered, the pizzas were dropped by the Uber driver. Tonight, it says the Uber Driver Marijata Foster delivered the order early, but we did not receive it. What is going on there????

Terrible service from Smack Pizza Harvest Place
First time we ordered, the pizzas were dropped by the Uber driver. Tonight, it says the Uber Driver Marijata Foster delivered the order early, but we did not receive it. What is going on there????

Smack Pizza Co Morningside
The stars are for the staff who were doing their best. If I could I would remove them completely as the problem came about by the way the MD, Savas, was treating his staff. Talking down at them, standing right next to them and repeating himself... loudly. This is not how you win first time customers over to become repeat and advocating customers. By the time we left with our pizza and 4 tiny wings, we were both feeling anxious and upset for the staff. The pizza, Hawaiian, was really good. Just a pity it went down with a sour memory. Will I support him again. Not a chance!

SMACK PIZZA RIVONIA WACK
I ordered pizza on Friday in rivonia and spoke to vusi and Brandon they sent burnt pizza and explained that it was because of wood and the pizza had no topping that I paid extra for and then Brandon said he would deliver another pizza his driver was still busy till today its a Monday then they clock you on their whats ap line for complains, can I have my refund you can keep your burnt pizza for your best customers BRANDON

Terrible
I bought pizza today “12 June 2024” at morningside Smack Pizza as a takeaway and I must say it was one of the worst experience I’ve ever had. When I got home the whole pizza was burnt and I had to driver back to return it! Not even a sincere apology, they just offered me chicken wings… so disappointed! I will never ever buy from them.

Good morning. We were very excited to try your monster pizza at Harvest place - as we say in Kempton. We enquired about the cheaper option - aka the chicken pizza... I asked what else is on there except chicken - she said only chickens? So no cheese, nothing... just chicken? So we decided on the expensive option with the "wow" pizzas... We were very disappointed... the pizzas we chose sounded like a taste blast, but the pizza was not tasty at all. And for the price you pay - its not worth it. And it took approximately an hour to get to us? We were not notified once of the time that the pizza will still take to get to us. And for the bill - R25 for a small can of cooldrink is a tad bit overpriced. We paid 1k for the monster pizza, 3 milkshakes, 2 cream sodas and 5 beers... If I knew that - I would have rather stuck to what i know... PB (will not name the company) has way better pizza for the way less... and its saucy and filled with toppings. Done and dusted - never going there again... The staff - when they did speak to us, were very friendly... That's the only reason for the 2 stars...

Smack Pizza Co Rivonia - Awesome Food and Great Staff
Honestly one of the best pizza restaurants there is - the staff are great and the food is consistently awesome! We order from here so often the owner and delivery driver know us by name! They never disappoint and I will continue to support them for a long time to come.
