JVC Smart TV LT-32N750D I do not think you should purchase this make. Their Netflix app is out of date but you cannot update it according to the JVC manual. They, JVC, warn you not to update, they say it will cause problems with Netflix. (I have seen a comment on Hello Peter that Netflix no longer supply JVC with the latest updates to their TV systems as JVC have not kept their licence up to date but l don't know if this is true.) My Netflix will only operate with the mouse function on the remote, it is very, veryslow, l cannot scroll with Netflix on this TV but can with Showmax Google TV, Prime, Utube and the others. There are many adverse comments on social media about JVC Smart TVs, mainly concerning Netflix but also regarding a number of other serious problems such as sound stopped working, screen freezes, etc.. I phoned JVC Head Office to ask for help in scrolling on Netflix. They told me l must go to TV repairers, 'JVC do not provide technical support or advice'. As Netflix is one of the most popular and affordable packages it is very likely to be widely used by many people and they will be very frustrated on JVC Smart TVs. We are able to use Netflix but look for programmes on our phones as it is easier to search there and then type in the name on the JVC search function with the mouse which takes time. This is not our previous experience with the Xiaomi box. The picture is good and the Sound good so far.

Smart Choice TV is a streaming service that offers TV programmes from around the world. If I was just giving stars for the service, I would have given it a 3 or 4, because apart from some buffering in the evenings (probably due to the ISP), it is a good service. However, doing business with the CEO, Ruaan Visege, is a nightmare. He is all over the place and doesn't seem to know what he's told you previously about a service or a product you are buying and changes his story every day, so it seems. 4 weeks ago, there was a special for a Firestick which I said I'd like to buy and which he said would be delivered within 3 days. It is now 4 weeks and I've lost count of the number of broken promises re delivery, excuses such as high demand, testing - like why does a brand-new Amazon product need testing? Last week he sent me a photo of a scruffy piece of paper with my name on it as proof that I was on the list for delivery and then said it would be Wednesday. Nothing arrived. Now, I have basically written off the R750 including delivery that I paid, because it is impossible to get hold of anyone else in the company, hence why I have written this review - although I was thinking about the Small Claims Court. So 1 star only for this company that would be good if it wasn't for said Ruaan.

Smart Choice TV is a company who sells annual contracts for a TV streaming service to one or more devices. Although what I'm describing here has been happening for quite some time, at present 5 subscribers that I know of, including myself, have over the last few months paid the owner/MD - Ruan Vesagie - for a year's extension to our current contracts, effective from the date the current year's subscription expires. However despite us all having bombarded Ruaan with messages about the update not having been done, since then, nothing has transpired, and the one member's current date has now expired, so he no longer has any service & mine expires tomorrow. He has apparently de*****ed his past partners and is obviously now de*****ing his clients as well. He's not responding to any Telegram or WhatsApp messages at all now - in fact he's removed me from the relevant Telegram group today, so I cannot even warn other members there; cannot be reached by cell phone and the 2 online website numbers don't work either, so if any existing members happen to read this review, please do not renew your subscription again, or like us, you'll be losing thousands of rands.
