Walldrope purchase

So Friday I made a purchase which included delivery, a deposit of R200 before and was not happy with the product delivered by the company , I then decided to take the matter forward on their WhatsApp platform for follow up and advise on how to go about the complain I was then told they will make follow up with delivery guys which to this day am still waiting for that and my texts are being ignored.
