Smart Removals Poor Service

Used Smart Removals to relocate from Pinetown to Cape Town recently. On inspection we found damages & breakages. When we tried to address them, we received very unprofessional replies to our complaints. Furniture had been damaged & scratched. Glassware has been broken. A cast iron pot has been cracked & handle broken. Just begs the question of their handling of boxes. We are still unpacking boxes as the house we moved into is furnished & I guess we will find more damages as we continue. I won't recommend that you use this company. A very disappointing experience.

We were planning to have a braai today only to discovered that the gas cylinder which was attached to the Gas Braai is missing. How disappointing.
