Used Smart Removals to relocate from Pinetown to Cape Town recently. On inspection we found damages & breakages. When we tried to address them, we received very unprofessional replies to our complaints. Furniture had been damaged & scratched. Glassware has been broken. A cast iron pot has been cracked & handle broken. Just begs the question of their handling of boxes. We are still unpacking boxes as the house we moved into is furnished & I guess we will find more damages as we continue. I won't recommend that you use this company. A very disappointing experience. We were planning to have a braai today only to discovered that the gas cylinder which was attached to the Gas Braai is missing. How disappointing.
My daughter had purchased a pair of Hush Puppies shoes as a gift for me. This was used occasionally, in fact only about 4 times to date as this was not an every day wearing shoe. I recently used the shoe to discover that chunks of the soul are breaking away. See pics. On reporting this to Hush Puppies, I was told that the warranty covered just 6 months. This was unacceptable as the shoe was very expensive & rarely used. Thus, in pristine condition. There was a definite flaw in the material used as this was the 1st time I had experienced such in any shoe purchased in my lifetime. It could have been the cause of inferior raw material being used. The company did not even have a look at the condition of my shoe, nor investigate the material used etc. to ascertain cause for the defect and take corrective action to avoid repeat of such poor quality of goods in the future. This would have been the least that I would have expected from any reputable company. I'm hoping that other customers do not have similar experiences & be treated without the due attention to our complaints. I definitely wont recommend nor purchase another Hush Puppy product!
I had purchased a Canon Printer/Copier on 18 May 2020 from Unicopy Stationers. The printer was for my personal home use with low volume of usage. The odd scan, copy & print. I had printed a few times & then it started jamming. I took it to Unicopy who advised that the printer which was still under warranty will be sent to Canon. On further enquiry, I was advised that the printer was to be replaced & Unicopy were awaiting Canon to replace the printer. The printer was purchased on 18 May 2020 & sent to Unicopy on 24 June 2020. To date there has been no progress. Unicopy had advised that Canon were not forthcoming with the promised replacement of the printer.. I was advised that the sales department were in contact with Canon branck in Durban (Kerry & Natasha). Disappointing that this had not been escalated to senior management when there was poor or no response from Canon. The printer was just a month old when the problem arose. It is so frustrating when you pay for something & are unable to utilise because of poor services.

I've been trying to contact the offices of OVHD to complain about BLUE envelope that appears on screen. This is both distracting & annoying when watching tv. I've emailed on numerous occasions but have had no response. This issue has been experienced for over a year now.
Poor quality of both product & package of lemon cream biscuits bought on a number of occasions. The recent experience was both embarrassing & unacceptable. Was unable to open package only to find that biscuits were broken . This has happened on a number of occasions. I have photos to prove my complaint.
<p>I'm most disappointed that one is no longer able to use the Samsung Smart TV to Skype. This was a service which was provided & the reason why I had purchased my Smart TV only to realise that this feature has been stopped in June this year.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone let me know why we are not able to Skype any longer. What's the purpose of having a TV with built in camera etc but cannot be used?????</p>
