Logged a call on Saturday, 7 April regarding Dstv issue. Called on Monday to follow-up and was told the call was being escalated to a technician who would be calling me back. Called again 5 hours later and was told that the technician would call and no call was received.
Not the first time experiencing bad customer service from Smart Village. You constantly have to follow-up with them, and they take their time attending to your issue...
Very poor customer service indeed...
