More than two week wait - unsuccessfully - for a spare part
I took my Samusung Table for a screen replacement. I have no problem with any business finding it difficult to get parts, because it is an expensive part that would not normally be kept in stock. But they have been promising to get it fixed "in a few days" for more than two weeks. And now they want to "order it from China" which I told them two weeks ago I did not want. DON'T keep customers dangling.... just tell us the truth,

Faulty products supp****
If I could I would give a 0 rating! DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR PHONE TO THIS PLACE!!!! Don't waste your money! R 1 200 to repair phone screen, wasted. FIRST of all, the finger print did not work after that. SECOND of all, the speaker was not working at all after the screen replacement, which it never had any problems before at all. Took it back the next day and they "fixed it" , only to get home and still very unclear and crackling. THIRDLY, the phone was placed in a school bag for the duration of an exam and when it was taken out of the bag the screen was cracked. The screen was bought on Sat and now , Wednesday, 5 days later, it's cracked. The screen that they installed obviously had a Pre-existing Weaknesses: There must have been an inherent flaw in the screen supp**** or the repair process that made it more vulnerable to everyday handling. When I took the phone back today, they said it's not their problem even though it was repaired by them and they supp**** the screen with an inherent flaw. I strongly recommend no one uses the shop and you get a warranty which means nothing to them. They are *************. Stay away from these people.
