More than two week wait - unsuccessfully - for a spare part
I took my Samusung Table for a screen replacement. I have no problem with any business finding it difficult to get parts, because it is an expensive part that would not normally be kept in stock. But they have been promising to get it fixed "in a few days" for more than two weeks. And now they want to "order it from China" which I told them two weeks ago I did not want. DON'T keep customers dangling.... just tell us the truth,

Faulty products supp****
If I could I would give a 0 rating! DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR PHONE TO THIS PLACE!!!! Don't waste your money! R 1 200 to repair phone screen, wasted. FIRST of all, the finger print did not work after that. SECOND of all, the speaker was not working at all after the screen replacement, which it never had any problems before at all. Took it back the next day and they "fixed it" , only to get home and still very unclear and crackling. THIRDLY, the phone was placed in a school bag for the duration of an exam and when it was taken out of the bag the screen was cracked. The screen was bought on Sat and now , Wednesday, 5 days later, it's cracked. The screen that they installed obviously had a Pre-existing Weaknesses: There must have been an inherent flaw in the screen supp**** or the repair process that made it more vulnerable to everyday handling. When I took the phone back today, they said it's not their problem even though it was repaired by them and they supp**** the screen with an inherent flaw. I strongly recommend no one uses the shop and you get a warranty which means nothing to them. They are *************. Stay away from these people.

They damaged my phone's components when I asked them to replace my cracked screen with a new one. I bought my Samsung a month ago and now it does not work thanks to Smart fix at Mall@Reds
Please don't take your phone here for repairs. These people don't know how to fix devices at all. If you take your phone to Smartfix it will come back destroyed, on top of that, you won't get a refund after they are done destroying. They damaged my phone's components when I asked them to replace my cracked screen with a new one. I bought my Samsung a month ago and now it does not work thanks to Smart fix at Mall@Reds

Please don't take your phone here for repairs. These people don't know how to fix devices at all. If you take your phone to Smartfix it will come back destroyed, on top of that, you won't get a refund after they are done destroying. KUDOS TO SMARTFIX, EASTGATE👍👌
I was trying to update an App on my Samsung Galaxy J4 mobile (entry level) last night and the next moment the phone went off. I tried to restart it a few times but without any success. I’ve had this phone for the past 3 years and it has been working beautifully - never a problem👏👏👏 Today I visited the Samsung Eastgate store. Waited a short while on the queue and was then attended by a lady at their front desk. I told her my story, she tried to turn the phone on and did not succeed. The lady said that I could leave the phone with her. I would have to pay R200. The technicians would look into the problem and if it was software I would then have to pay for the repair work. Between Samsung and Checkers there is a ‘smartfix’ store on the left hand side (next door to Lindt Chocolates) that repairs mobile phones. ‘Khan’ is the name of the technician. Khan asked a few questions and within 5 minutes my mobile was working again. Khan explained that while pushing a couple of buttons trying to update the App last night I inadvertently ended in safe mode and could not access the phone. Just to think that without even fixing my mobile, Samsung wanted me to pay R200 upfront. Should you have an issue with your mobile try Khan at smartfix (Eastgate). service was very quick and the technician was quite professional and humble. Visit to Smartfix Benmore branch, very pleasant experience. Staff assessed my phone professionally and presented best possible solutions to solve the issues. Entire repair experience was efficiently simplified and i am very pleased with the outcome.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CRIMINALS AND WILL STEAL YOUR GADGET OR PARTS OF IT.
So about a month ago i took my Ipad in for the repairs to this company Smartfix Bedfordview, I trusted the brand as i saw they had a strong online presence. The guy at the shop took the Ipad and said they were going to open it and Identify the fault first before charging me. After a week they confirmed that my Ipad was dead and beyond repair and i must come and collect it. When i got there the guy told me the Ipad was still with the Technician and I must come the next coming week. When I got there and collected the Ipad, they changed the screen. so they took my original Ipad screen and replaced it with a fake ipad screen. When i asked them about it they told me that my ipad came with this screen. I AM TAKING THESE PEOPLE TO COURT AND THEY WILL PAY FOR STEALING PARTS OF MY IPAD I JUST WANT EVERYONE TO BE WARNED, NEVER TAKE ANY OF YOUR DEVICE TO SMARTFIX, THEY ARE CRIMINALS AND THIEF'S THAT THRIVE ON STEALING AND ROBBING PEOPLE OFF THEIR GADGETS.

Not so smart fix in Benmore
Took my iphone x for a screen repair, the screen doesnt work so well and the screen protector they sold me started peeling off the same day. When I confronted them about it they blamed my phone cover and took no responsibility. Not using them ever again! so proceed with caution
