If I could I would give a 0 rating! DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR PHONE TO THIS PLACE!!!! Don't waste your money! R 1 200 to repair phone screen, wasted. FIRST of all, the finger print did not work after that. SECOND of all, the speaker was not working at all after the screen replacement, which it never had any problems before at all. Took it back the next day and they "fixed it" , only to get home and still very unclear and crackling. THIRDLY, the phone was placed in a school bag for the duration of an exam and when it was taken out of the bag the screen was cracked. The screen was bought on Sat and now , Wednesday, 5 days later, it's cracked. The screen that they installed obviously had a Pre-existing Weaknesses: There must have been an inherent flaw in the screen supp**** or the repair process that made it more vulnerable to everyday handling. When I took the phone back today, they said it's not their problem even though it was repaired by them and they supp**** the screen with an inherent flaw. I strongly recommend no one uses the shop and you get a warranty which means nothing to them. They are *************. Stay away from these people.
In the past two to three months I have had to block 20 different numbers from this terrible organization. I have never experienced so many SPAM calls from a single organization in my life. You block the current number they SPAM call you from only for them to use a different number. I will never in a million years conduct business with this atrocious company. This harrasment is in direct violation of the POPI Act. I have not given you my information. Nor have I given consent to be harrased by your constant phonecalls. If you do not stop with the harrasment I will get a restraining order against you.
Account holder received a call last week Thur saying that they will deliver the card the next day. At the time, the account holder gave my ID number and name as the the person that is allowed to collect the card. They gave a delivery time between 8:00 and 17:00. They cannot give you a more specific time. And the driver can't call an hour before he arrives to let you know he's en route, only when he's at the gate So you need to wait at the house for 9 hours for the delivery. Waited the Whole day, no delivery. On Monday they called to say card will be delivered in the next 2 days. Still no approximate time if delivery was given. Called them this morning to see where the card is, they say they made a mistake, should have been delved on last Friday. When asked them so when will it be delivered, they all need to speak to the account holder AGAIN. Even though that process has already been done and my ID number and name was given to them.

I logged a moving request with MWEB back in July to have action done for the 6th of August 24. To this date I have no access to my internet. There is no installation required as there is an ONT box at the new premises. Only an Activation is required. I run a business from home and MWEB and Vumatel have made it impossible for me to do my work. When I called MWEB they say they waiting for Vumatel, they have escalated, when I speak to Vumatel they say I must speak with M Web. No one can give me an answer and it is costing me a fortune in lost revenue.
I signed a new mtn business contract on monday and i still haven't been allocated data and minutes. When I call 136, I lt doesn't let me go through to a person, only recordings When I called the store that I got it from, MTN Eastgate shopping Centre, the number just rings. Eventually I got a mobile number of the consulting that did the contract, his name is Jamesdean. Every time I call he says I will send an email mtn head office. Eventually on Fri I asked if I'd he can call someone instead and he said no that not possible. I then got hold of a number and the lady that I spoke to said that no contact reflects on this number. When I called James lean back he said he did open a contract but the contract was allocated to another phone number. He said my new contact as well as my husband were both loaded in my husband's cell number. but the strange thing is that when I look on my husband's profile it only shows his min and data. So still noting, almost a week later.
I was given 2 T-Shirts, which were bought at Zara Cresta , as a present for my 2 son's. Both sizes were incorrect. I took them to Zara Eastgate and they refused to exchange them for the correct size as I did not have a receipt. I find this totally unacceptable as I did not request a refund, I just requested an exchange in the size of the shirts in order to be able to use them.
