Should be zero rating

I hired my suit by them and organized to bring the suit back after my honeymoon to which they agreed, after bringing my suit back they wanted to charge me an extra R95 for each day the suit is late. They also did not want to refund me the fee after I paid 2500 for the suit, after the fact that we called and they confirmed the price to hire a suit was R950

Worst service ever, stay away from this place as the people working there is very rude
