Fly by night company

After my first review, no feedback and being ignored on whatsapp. These guys are fly by night. They are very responsive before you buy the product. After you paid the service stops. I had i problem with electricity usage and had to phone sunsynk to solve the problem. These guys wont help with anything after they got paid.

They send a COC after 2 weeks that had the wrong address on it. They are not willing to fix it. They also dont send a tax invoice after payment.The contractors company they use to install is not the same as shown on the COC. I dont think the COC is legit. I have to get someone else to redo the COC. These guys are ***** and I would not recommend them.
