Avoid Smarts Ops - Unprofessional and Misleading Practices

I'm writing to warn others about my experience with Smarts Ops. After enquiring about their services early this year while I was unemployed and had a Bolt profile, they promised me a car, cash advance, and other benefits. However, I never signed up or utilized their services, only expressing interest.

Despite this, I've been receiving persistent emails claiming I owe them R2,600. When I called to dispute this, I was told that the subscription fee is active regardless of whether I used their services or not, with charges app**** weekly.

Their lack of transparency, unprofessional communication, and aggressive debt collection tactics are concerning. I urge others to exercise caution and thoroughly research before engaging with Smarts Ops.
