<p>I have insured my iPhone 6 16GB through the Smartphone Plus, and when I had screen damage to my iPhone I thought I would log a claim to have the phone repaired. It took Smartphone Plus over 2 MONTHS to finally get back to MTN and myself with regards to when they were going to collect the phone. Then, when they collected my phone, they informed me that they did not have any loan phones available. It has been over a week, and I have not heard ONE WORD from them. I've followed up with MTN, also nothing. I now have no idea where my iPhone 6 is, if it was received by Smartphone Plus. They haven't even bothered to ask for the excess (which is rather surprising). This is THE WORST insurance company EVER! I will not be recommending them to any EVER! I hope that this complain will expedite my phone repair/replacement because I'm on the verge of seeking legal advice.</p>
