Useless service

<p>I really dont know what to do we are just getting worst service every time we claim with mtn insurance. Our broken device went in for repairs and after a long waiting period it came back not even a week and the screen came completely loos. the device was send back to them to fix it a week later the device came back and still the screen was loose there and then we hand it back to the courier to take it back we will not accept it like that. they claimed to be very sorry for the inconvenience caused and we will have the device back in less than a week. its 3 weeks later and we still dont have the device back.  so yesterday I contacted HVRC repair centre in midrand as per them the device is repaired and was already collected from the last week on the 06/10/2016 and we now need to contact smartphone plus to find out when we can receive our device back so I called them and they stated that the device is Uneconomical to repair and we need to contact MTN insurance called them and they advised that the device is repaired and needs to be delivered to us. how is it that they are all working together but none of them are on the same page. So till now we dont know they can’t contact you to give you feedback and it’s a useless case to contact the MTN insurance department because you just can’t get a gold of them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dont use MTN and especially dont get insurance with MTN insurance rather use a 3rd party.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
