Mv husband made use of their services recently who is a certified IT specialist And what a disgrace of a business these people are. He had to order a new LCD for one of his customers. And finally the new _CD arrived. When he opened the package you can clearly see the screen is damaged and was dropped before they packaged it He logged a complaint with them and they sent the courier to collect it from him. They are now done with the investigation anc quess what my husband as the customer gets the blame for the damaged to the screen. Monev down the drain. We now need to cover the cost of their negligence out nevertheless we made peace with it Please what ever vou do, do not use them rather pay a bit extra somewhere else and get better service
FNB has REALLY become a terrible bank lately hey?! I closed my Credit card last month by paying the FULL amount that they said I owe... Then waited a few days as instructed to have it closed.... Being sent from pillar to post, the one consultant says I must first withdraw the R500 and odd rands from the account to have it closed and it would have happened this past Monday the 8th of August... Today I follow-up to find out WHY it has not been closed... ONLY to find out that I now owe ANOTHER R300 and odd rand... WHY???? There was enough money in the first place and WHY did I have to take it from the account... THIS BETTER BE resolved because you are stealing my money. I am getting fed up with FNB. Bank costs are getting ridiculous. I get the stupidest excuse that I cannot be transferred to a manager because staff is working from home. How do you keep your customers this long? Just loyal servants?
Once again, Telkom wants to STEAL my money! On the 25th my Salary usually gets paid, however there was an issue on my employers side which I was not aware of. My Salary didn't get paid and as a result my Telkom debit order bounced. Now, same like last time, you want to STEAL R139 additional for the payment, all though it WAS paid after. AND, you want to STEAL R202.70 for "Account subscriptions & once-off charges"? FOR WHAT? I will tell you for what... TO STEAL my money. How much money are you making by STEALING this from other customers?? I am fed-up and DONE with Telkom. You can cancel my contract and I will go to MTN. Thanks Telkom
This mos pathetic laziest courier company I have seen in my life! Waybill was created on 20/04/2021 19:37:13 and Package was out for delivery on 26/04/2021 06:57:18 Each time we call them, there is a different excuse about this and that. The Staff don't even know how their own systems and schedules work!! Come on... Really? Other people get packages delivered to the same address where I work and they don't have issues?? Is it just a Skynet ISSUE?
Hi Mondo, I am just writing this to you, to let you know how disappointed I am in you. I waited more than 10 days for my new Huawei P30 Lite 2020 edition to be delivered. I eventually cancelled, because there was a problem the whole time. First I was told the driver will collect my documents, then after days of following up, I was told I need to Email it. Then the Bank statements were not correct and there was another issue. I cancelled. Went to the Mtn store on a Sunday, note, a Sunday... Got my new phone within 1 hour... Read here... "1 hour..." This is not the first time you have disappointed customers... Pull up your Socks Mondo....! Or, wait... you don't really care, right? Why? Because Mtn has 100000s of customers, so 1 silly customer doesn't really matter... Right?
Why is it that one has always have to be disappointed in South Africa? Almost 99% of stores, suppliers, 3rd Parties, has to disappointed their customer one way or the other. I was very impressed with the service received with Gavin at the store in Mtn Mall @ Carnival, 12 December 2020. As I waited more than 10 days for my device via Mondo direct. Stories here and stories there. Now, trying to use the Mtn Sim card for the first time, I see that the Sim is not provisioned? What is going on here? A week later and the sim is not activated? What happened to 48H tops?
Why am I getting billed for Account activation charges again and why am I getting billed double for the contract data. This is now the 2nd time. If this is how Telkom is going to be stealing my money. Please cancel it. I will return the router to my nearest Telkom store
My debit order bounced. Now I need to pay another R139 for Payment Rejection, although I did pay Telkom only a few days after. We are not talking about legacy ADSL here. This is LTE. you cannot charge "Re-connection" fees. Besides my internet was still working after the debit order bounced. Account subscriptions and once-off charges is only when you sign up for a new contract. Come on Telkom, stop being crooks and stealing your customer's money. If this is how you want to play it. How many times do I have to still log this????? I have had my child as a dependent on my Medical aid plan for a few years now. My membership card still only shows just my name. I contacted Discovery a few times and each time I am just told that it gets delivered by Postal Service. To date I have not received my new cards. Contact me for the address. Thanks.
#item Unpaid No Funds 02 - a Whole R110 for for something that was unpaid. You guys are ridiculous! The amount that did not go off was R139 and you are charging me R110 for that!? Money sharks?
