Worse service ever

If your insurance refer you to smash auto body please say no. My insurance referred me there for hail damage,just to fix the body. Now my car is falling apart.The lights inside are not working,my mobilized is not working. The rubbers around the doors and windows are falling out. They are not helpful at all.
