I have enrolled my mom to Boncap, I have requested that money be deducted from Capitec but they have authorized to be deducted from Absa. I tried to change with no luck. There are so many complications with the medical aid with no assistance. I will send an email and nobody will answer. I will call with no help. I'm over this medical aid before I even start
I always order on Shein, I have never seen this. Imile is supposed to deliver for me in Pretoria, now my order is in Capetown from Joburg. I don't understand why shein is using this company
I have never been ignored by insurance like dial direct.I put my claim in October,my car was booked for November, I send dialdirect an email that November is far but no answer.My car was hit by hail.The place fixing my car,took out the roof lining,the rubbers around windows and doors are hanging loose.The lights inside the car are not working. Mobilizer is not working. I tried reporting this to dialdirect,they did not respond to my email. The whole time my car was at autosmashbody,my insurance never called me. I got a call from insurance on a Sunday afternoon,being informed that there is nothing they can do. I will be canceling my insurance and move on.Im very dissapointed with dialdirect
If your insurance refer you to smash auto body please say no. My insurance referred me there for hail damage,just to fix the body. I received a bond from absa, my bond was registered on the 12th of June 2020, i received an sms confirming my registration and that I will start paying bond by the 15th of August 2020. Around the 25th of July I get a call that im in arrears I query this cause the sms was clear that I will start paying by August, then August come no money was taken. I went to the branch on the 18th, i requested that they debit all the money I owe them so far. They promised to debit it before the 21st. Today is the 26, I called the bank I find one of your rude consultants who is not even bothered by how this will affect my credit score, who claim to have put the request through. I dont receive any sms to confirm this? Absa please can someone contact me
I had locked keys in my car, contacted miway, Tumi assisted me ,he organized locksmith. They came all the way to the village to unlock my car. Thank you Tumi and miway, you guys are the best.
