SUrge plug warranty

This is the worst company to purchase a surge plug from and the service is beyond poor as the ask the same questions over and over as well as ask for the same documents over and over with no help what so ever.

I purchased afew surge plugs with this company and eventually when i needed to claim for the warranty they refuse to help and make excuses as to why they can not assist.

I have spoken to multiple people who all has different stories. they let you get a quote and let you pay for call out fees and never end up assisting with anything.

The surge plugs is just a waste of money if you own one i segest you get rid of it even throw it far away of it and rather get yourself a Ellies plug as it is a better quaility
