****MED BY SMD
We bought 2 cars at SMD Boksburg(Mercedes Benz) SMD Bloemgontein (VW). When the towing driver gets to the Bloemgontein branch he is told the car is nowhere to be found and that the car was sold last year. We believe we are being de*****ed by SMD and would like a refund for both our cars. We would also like to be refunded the money paid to the towing vehicles for both the cars.

29 Jan 2026, 04:23I do not believe that this matter is being addressed with utmost diligence and urgency. The senior management that this matter has been escalated to are not responding to any of our calls no emails no acknowledgement nothing . We need this issue resolved. Why would you guys take money from us while knowing the car is not at the premises. The description of the car stated the car is starting while upon arrival of the car the car has no engine. This is ***** and we want our money to be refunded today!! I am so disappointed in this service!!!! We have been de*****ed by SMD Bloemfontein and SMD Boksburg please pay back our refund.
