We bought 2 cars at SMD Boksburg(Mercedes Benz) SMD Bloemgontein (VW). When the towing driver gets to the Bloemgontein branch he is told the car is nowhere to be found and that the car was sold last year. We believe we are being de*****ed by SMD and would like a refund for both our cars. We would also like to be refunded the money paid to the towing vehicles for both the cars.

Poor Service !!!!!Dispute of rejection of a claim
Dispute of rejection of claim I am disputing a rejection of a claim on behalf of the beneficiary Ms.E Kinela who is my aunt. As per the rejection clause: “ Waiting Period A waiting period of 6 months applies from your cover start date for death caused by health related or natural causes. The waiting period will be extended until we receive six premiums.” The policy start date was on the 4th of June 2025 and same time the first premium was paid at an amount of R237,99 which is the agreed premium. The last premium was paid on the 4th of November 2025 . The clause states that the waiting period will be extended until six premiums have been received and as per the cash payments attached there was six premiums that were paid. As per my understanding she is supposed to be covered from the first premium date which is the policy start date as she paid the premium same day she opened the policy. Please re look into this matter as she meets the criteria of six premiums being received and get back to me as soon as possible.

Bad service
I sent someone money on the 25th of September till date the person has not received the money. Everytime when I call I am being told there was technical Glitch I should wait for 72 hours how can I wait for 72 hours when I had made an immediate payment ? I need my money paid to the person and this issue being resolved immediately !!

FNB is becoming a **** bank
FNB has been taking our money They keep saying that someone reported me for ***** and that is all a lie They keep on taking a huge amount of money and not wanting to refund me Worst bank ever !! I need my money refunded back into our account I need to be contacted immediately!!!

Poor customer service
My matter has been going from the 6th of January till date. No one is willing to assist. No emails no calls answered whatsoever. Katlego Nchabeleng and Daya had promised to payout our claim till today no correspondence has been received this is frustrating.

Unhappy customer.
I have been complaining on this platform and nothing is coming forth. I am being promised lies on lies worst part is no response to calls or emails. I always have to be the one following up. Katlego Nchabeleng told me i will get my feedback on the 5th or 6th in the morning till date i have not received any feedback. I call him and send multiple emails without any response. So disappointed in this service i am receiving it is closed to 3 months with no resolution

SMD Boksburg Hello peter complaint
I have written a complaint on the 6th till date i have not received any response a month later. I was advised to provide 14 working days for the complaint to be resolved 14 working days have passef i have been sending follow up emails with no response since from yesterday. I was advised they are waiting for a quote from suppliers does a quote take 5 days? This is really my worst experience. Katlego Nchabeleng who i was reffered to is not acknowledging emails or giving updates i have to be the one following up everytime!! This is really tiring

Worst Service ever
I have been writing multiple emails to this company with no response at all. This is the worst experience I have ever received in my life. Can someone please call me atleast cause when i call im being placed on hold for long.

SMD BOKSBURG
Hi I have been trying to call your offices i am always put on hold not sure if your officed are closed or not. I bought a car at SMD Boksburg when I was bidding the car the car had a mirror upon arrival the car has no mirror i have pictures and videos to prove it please make sure I get refunded my money or my mirror gets delivered to me. I bought the car knowing it has no key now i have to enquire other costs of getting mirror. Please call me back urgently.
