Smile 90.4fm don't care about their listeners at all.... switch to a different radio station

Thought this was the best radio station in Cape Town but they are all a scam and lie to their listeners!! They had a competition for existing listeners to get someone to switch to their radio station via their app, I got someone to switch and they called her and promised her a "brag bag" of goodies and that we are in the draw to win R5000 each...we were both excited and till this day we never heard from them..no feedback and response at all

This is not the first time they disappointed , I sent am email months ago to support and help my campaign but they never responded and didn't say if they would be able to help or not...very bad experience
