Dyson is taking months to send back my hairdryer sent in for repairs, they are not proving feedback via emails and calls, I called in numerous times then they just put me on hold and keeps me hanging, happened a few times when I called in, I used lots of airtime trying to follow up with them but since this day nothing has been resolved
Bought the Bennett Read 7 kg Sponono Washing Machine and it was spinning so hard and fast that it lost control and the glass lid broke into pieces. Been in contact with them to replace or refund my money with zero response.
Please I would really like to cancel my internet contract with Vodacom. This keeps happening where I have slow internet and not getting the speed I am paying for, not even close. Super slow, like 3Mbps DL and 2Mbps UL Now this is unacceptable and I am working from home, I am paying for up to 50Mbps speed, but not even getting close. I want a refund for getting such a slow speed and would like to cancel without getting penalties for early cancellation as it's not my fault the internet is super slow, been restarting and I am getting behind my work due to slow internet
Internet super slow nowadays, getting less than 4mbps download and about 6mbps upload This is not the speed I am paying for, please sort this out as I am working from home and can't do my work with this slow speed

Why do you continue sending me invoices for my Vodacom contract which I cancelled on the 26th of April 2025 and settled the account in full? Why should I now pay by the end of May 2025 for a full month if I did not use data or airtime this month + I cancelled the contract for both contract numbers I also requested Vodacom to keep both contract numbers as prepaid, when I called in yesterday I was said that the number still appears as contract? How is this possible when I got an email stating that the numbers was converted to prepaid and my query has been closed?
False advertising or they just ****** me at your Table Bay Mall branch, I ordered the King's Feast and when I got home I realised that the 6 zamba spicey winglets were missing, but it shows that it comes with the King's Feast. Why do I not get what I paid for
Waiting for my order that stated on the 2nd of December 2024 that it was handed over to courier. Today is the 10th of December and no order has arrived, when I placed the order the expected delivery date was the 3rd of December. No communication from Makro of courier company where my order is...I had to phone in twice yesterday and today but still no feedback where my order is
Still waiting for more than a month for feedback on a missing item that I paid for, but never received... I also followed up numerous times, but still no feedback. I will not buy from them again!
