DONT EVER TRY TO USE SMILE PROPERTY GROUP

We recently moved out and were disappointed by their lack of professionalism and fairness regarding the security deposit. Despite the documented evidence of the property's condition upon move-in, Smile Properties disregarded it and focused solely on their incomplete records. They charged us an unreasonable sum for repainting dirty marks on the walls, even for minor imperfections.

Smile Properties was unresponsive to emails and inquiries, making it difficult to resolve issues. Additionally, despite our best efforts, they were unwilling to find a fair middle ground regarding the security deposit deductions. They send amounts on the emails instead of proper invoices. their email maintenance1@smileproperty.co.za never worked. they don't even respond to their emails.

Furthermore, the they don't have documents for entry inspection and exit inspection because they were listing things which were not there on the entry inspection.

I requested quotes, which they failed to provide and the new owner of the property was told to paint the house while they took my deposit. DONT EVER TRY TO USE THIS *** AGENCY.
