The worst courier ever. Don't use them
They are the worst i have ever met. they cant run business. no communication. the tracking platform cannot recognize my tracking number. since my parcel showing out for delivery. they don't deserve anything, not half a star.

Dries stole our deposit
after a long communication with Dries's staff, they went silent. La-Roschelle Duplessis who told us to communicate on emails only went silent. now Dries who is the principal is coming back to us wanting an evidence of communication. I told him to go through he email trails, then he refused. i am now lodging a complain with the PPRA and EAAB to get my deposit. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. RUN AWAY.

DONT EVER TRY TO USE SMILE PROPERTY GROUP
We recently moved out and were disappointed by their lack of professionalism and fairness regarding the security deposit. Despite the documented evidence of the property's condition upon move-in, Smile Properties disregarded it and focused solely on their incomplete records. They charged us an unreasonable sum for repainting dirty marks on the walls, even for minor imperfections. Smile Properties was unresponsive to emails and inquiries, making it difficult to resolve issues. Additionally, despite our best efforts, they were unwilling to find a fair middle ground regarding the security deposit deductions. They send amounts on the emails instead of proper invoices. their email maintenance1@smileproperty.co.za never worked. they don't even respond to their emails. Furthermore, the they don't have documents for entry inspection and exit inspection because they were listing things which were not there on the entry inspection. I requested quotes, which they failed to provide and the new owner of the property was told to paint the house while they took my deposit. DONT EVER TRY TO USE THIS *** AGENCY.

lazy and unprofessional management and staff
I don't understand why banks use this people to deliver our cards. CCD Couriers management, call center staff and drivers are lady and unprofessional. they cant keep time and their promises. I have been waiting for my card for two weeks now. the security check they claim to do is *******. they can just drop the card and leave. so unprofessional company. they deserve no star at all. bunch of lazy people.

We buy cars the dome is horrible
Jetane Mostert, Daniel Steenkamp and Cherise Richie. Thank you guys for your worst poor service when i wanted to buy the Mini Cooper. You did not respond to my e-mails or calls. I was fully approved to buy the car but you guys never gave me any feedback... You are so unprofessional and you don't deserve to be given any chance in place of work. People must not bother to buy cars from the dome. i will always give my 5 stars to midstream branch.
