Cruel and inhumane groomers

I wish I could give 1 star. Worst groomers ever!!! Cruel and inhumane towards animals. I literally caught the guy tieing a rope around our dogs neck. He could have strangled himself. Animal cruelty at its best. If you care about your animals stay away from these people
