I opened an account with SMSguys years ago. Suddenly all my credits disappeared. Then I tried emailing them to query this. NO attempt WHATSOEVER to help me. I suspect they have a 12-year-old at the help-desk, who's feelings get hurt if you ask a question. Really ridiculous childish responses! To get a statement, they want me to pay R26000! According to their "systems", I've used up my credits, but to see what the "systems" say, you need to pay R26000. If you want someone to steal your money, open an account with SMSguys. If not, get someone else!
