SMSguys steals your money.
I opened an account with SMSguys years ago. Suddenly all my credits disappeared. Then I tried emailing them to query this. NO attempt WHATSOEVER to help me. I suspect they have a 12-year-old at the help-desk, who's feelings get hurt if you ask a question. Really ridiculous childish responses! To get a statement, they want me to pay R26000! According to their "systems", I've used up my credits, but to see what the "systems" say, you need to pay R26000. If you want someone to steal your money, open an account with SMSguys. If not, get someone else!

"SMS Guys" are useless
Don't waste your money using the services of this bulk SMS service provider. Their system does NOT deliver the messages (but you have to pay for them) and their customer se4rvice is absolutely pathetic. Firstly, there is no operational number to call them on and then when you send an email you get ridiculous responses. I have now emailed them 6 times in 3 days and STILL no satisfaction. If you are looking for a bulk SMS provider - STAY AWAY from SMS Guys and their parent company Mobile Internet Gateway.
