****? Paid for Credits, No Service, No Support.

I purchased SMS credits from SMSPortal.co.za, they took my money immediately but after 24 hours, my credits still have not reflected on my account. I contacted support and received either no help or no response. This is completely unacceptable for a company that claims to offer professional bulk SMS services.

If this is how you treat paying customers, I can’t imagine how many other people you’ve ****med out of their money. I trusted this platform for my business communications — now I just want my money back.

Avoid SMSPortal unless you want to waste your money and time.
