I used their service last year and they used the wrong banking details, resulting in me having to still go to a SARS branch myself. tried using them again this year, and I haven't gotten a response since I paid. This is really gross incompetence. Sad part is in my head I'm thinking "Oh, here's a young black-owned business for me to support", but no, all they do is ignore your emails and your calls. Disgraceful. Oh, and they'll use "working from home"as an excuse for their slow/non-existent service.
