I bought what I knew deep down was a too good to be true Windows 11 Pro License on takealot last week. Product key came in a poorly printed envelope, with the product key printed on a piece of paper. Soon as I tried activating it I got that it's being used elsewhere. When I tried to return it takealot just concluded my return saying it's ineligible. Needless to say I reported takealot to microsoft for selling counterfeit software.
Left my wife in the car to breastfeed and a security guard named Given was busy harrassing her and threatening to call armed response on her. And this is the 2nd ****ing time.
Just got some appalling "service" at your Secunda mall branch. I ordered takeaway and had to wait over 30 mins while I was told it'd only take 15 mins. Then cherry on top, when I come to collect my order, nobody seemed interested to help me. They'd all just rather stand by the door doing nothing. Sies. You lot were crying during lockdown, now it's back to being arrogant and taking customers for granted. ****ING HELL!!!
Took a loan out at the beginning of the year to pay my school fees. Tried settling it mid year and got the run around. Finally got a settlement letter with an amount I wasn't fully comfortable with, but paid it anyway. It's been 3 weeks since I paid the settlement and I'm yet to receive a paid up letter. Every new agent I speak to gives me a different excuse. Sickening behavior from FNB.
I used their service last year and they used the wrong banking details, resulting in me having to still go to a SARS branch myself. tried using them again this year, and I haven't gotten a response since I paid. This is really gross incompetence. Sad part is in my head I'm thinking "Oh, here's a young black-owned business for me to support", but no, all they do is ignore your emails and your calls. Disgraceful. Oh, and they'll use "working from home"as an excuse for their slow/non-existent service.
Ordered my motherboard on Friday night and it's Monday evening and I have it in my possession. I wish I'd found out about Rebel Tech sooner :( . Best at what they do. Awesome service.
This was my first time moving between cities. I got these people through VIP movers, and it's the worst service I've ever received. I had to constantly beg and ask people when my furniture was getting delivered. Bad customer service
