QUESTIONABLE RESELLERS AVOID
It is utterly unacceptable that SnoMaster directs customers to resellers who fail to fulfill their orders. Partnering with such unreliable resellers is not only shocking but raises serious concerns about the brand’s reputation and standards.
I purchased a fridge through AC Direct, a reseller prominently listed on SnoMaster’s website, and have received absolutely no feedback. My calls and emails to AC Direct have gone completely unanswered. When I contacted SnoMaster's Cape Town office, I was transferred to the Johannesburg office after an unreasonably long wait. The salesperson there assured me they would confirm whether my unit was ordered by AC Direct, yet no follow-up or response has been provided.
This level of disregard for customer service and accountability is appalling. SnoMaster must take immediate action to address this issue, ensure proper vetting of their resellers, and restore confidence in their brand.
