Worms in replacement product

If you recall I recently encountered an issue with snowflake. I had purchased the semolina and it had worms as well as creatures in it. I was given a replacement voucher which I used to purchase my easy mix at Pick n Pay.

I was extremely disappointed when I had mixed the contents of the scone mix into my bowl. It had tiny worms in them. This is now the second incident with snowflake. This is absolutely disgusting for such a renowned brand. I initially thought that the previous store did not store the product well but clearly the issue lies with the brand itself.

It's frustrating to be experiencing this over and over again. If I had not looked close enough my family and I would have consumed the product. It seems that nothing has been done to ensure safe consumption of your products. I have noticed that there has been numerous complaints about snowflake regarding creatures and worms in the products. It's quite clear that you guys do not take these issues/complaints seriously. If you did then this would not be a continuous problem, nothing has been done about the complaints and I think it is only right to now take this matter further.

Who knows what could have happened if my family and I had consumed this product or any other person. Honestly this is becoming a really frustrating issue. We cannot be writing a complaint each time about this. I WILL NO LONGER BE PURCHASING SNOWFLAKE ITEMS. This company does not live up to the slogan. I hope this matter is dealt with or else I will be taking this further! (I have sent this in email to snowflake and have not received any feedback)
