Woolworths Richards Bay Great customer service Store is always neat and clean Products are absolutely fresh and have never disappointed me. Worth the money. Great promotions to help save a few extra rands here and there. The staff are always willing to assist especially of a product is not in store. They go the extra mile to order it for you from their dispatch center or even have it delivered from another store.
Great service. Fast and efficient. Received my order under 20 minutes. The driver was friendly and was very careful with my order. Thank you Uber eats for the great service.
I’m extremely disappointed with the level of communication from Virgin Active. The staff failed to send proper or clear communication regarding payment for my membership cancellation, which caused unnecessary confusion and frustration. Important information was either missing or not communicated at all. When I tried to resolve the issue and asked to speak with someone more senior, the service was equally poor. I was not given helpful support, and there was no clear escalation or ownership of the problem. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. For a company of this size, I expected far better communication and customer service. This situation could have been easily avoided with clearer processes and more competent handling by staff.
I would really recommend Debt Buster's. The service they provide is amazing and the consultants are always willing to assist. They are very pleasant. Their customer service is outstanding.
If you recall I recently encountered an issue with snowflake. I had purchased the semolina and it had worms as well as creatures in it. I was given a replacement voucher which I used to purchase my easy mix at Pick n Pay. I was extremely disappointed when I had mixed the contents of the scone mix into my bowl. It had tiny worms in them. This is now the second incident with snowflake. This is absolutely disgusting for such a renowned brand. I initially thought that the previous store did not store the product well but clearly the issue lies with the brand itself. It's frustrating to be experiencing this over and over again. If I had not looked close enough my family and I would have consumed the product. It seems that nothing has been done to ensure safe consumption of your products. I have noticed that there has been numerous complaints about snowflake regarding creatures and worms in the products. It's quite clear that you guys do not take these issues/complaints seriously. If you did then this would not be a continuous problem, nothing has been done about the complaints and I think it is only right to now take this matter further. Who knows what could have happened if my family and I had consumed this product or any other person. Honestly this is becoming a really frustrating issue. We cannot be writing a complaint each time about this. I WILL NO LONGER BE PURCHASING SNOWFLAKE ITEMS. This company does not live up to the slogan. I hope this matter is dealt with or else I will be taking this further! (I have sent this in email to snowflake and have not received any feedback)
I had purchased the wheat semolina on the 17th of March 2025 at Townsquare Spar in Richards Bay. I had stored the sealed packet in my fridge to use on Thursday night however when I had opened the sealed packet last night I did not notice anything but after adding the second cup of wheat semolina to my pot there was a dead moth in my semolina. I checked the packet and found a worm and eggs as well. To me this looks like it had come from the factory like this. This is very disgusting and disappointing for such a well known brand. If I had not put the second cup of semolina in my pot I would have never known that the packet was contaminated!! I was going to use this semolina to prepare a dessert for my family. If we had consumed this contaminated semolina we would have ended up very sick and most probably in hospital. I do not understand how a renowned brand like Snowflake can even send out a product like this from their factory. I have always purchased snowflake products but I now have to think twice before doing so in future. This is honestly very disgusting for such a huge brand. Your product definitely does not live up to your slogan "to fresh to flop"! It's honestly very sad. I had emailed the customer care and they had asked for my contact number but has not contacted me since. Pathetic customer service!
I had recently contacted debt busters because my debt was to much for me and at the end of every month I would have no money left over for my own use and would then use my credit card etc. The consultant I had spoken to 1st helped me to choose the best solution and she explained everything in detail she then transferred me to another consultant and explained everything to her so I did not have to, Nadine my 2nd consultant made my life so much easier by sending me all the paperwork and I was able to edit on my phone, she filled in everything and all I had to do was sign. I am so impressed with the service I received from both these ladies, they helped me save just over R700 a month. Thank you ladies for the amazing customer service.
This is a new place in Alton, Richards Bay. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Best customer service. You do not wait long for your order. The food is absolutely delicious, neat and clean and fresh. There is a lot of different cuisines.
Took a personal loan from Absa. I went for a major operation beginning of the year. So I had to wait to go on Temporary Disability however Absa failed to understand that and so my account was in arears. I paid the amount which was in arears and also paid my monthly installment every month. However Absa kept debiting extra every month and some months taking my whole temporary disability payment. I phoned an queried as to why they kept taking out so much money I was told that they do this to drop my monthly installment. I said no that's not right you need to inform me about it.(this was in May)... So anyway they had refunded me the extra they have taken and only took my installment for the month... So now end of July I get a call saying my account is in arears again and I said but how come because I can pull out my statement and show you that I made payment every month. The lady says sorry mam but in May when we Absa refunded you we refunded extra by mistake and that is why your account shows this because of the amount which we refunded to you. I told the lady so now I must pay for the mistake Absa made in May?? She says yes and was so rude kept saying I must pay and why am I being difficult so I said I want to speak to someone higher from July till today 15/08/19 I'm still waiting for this lady to call me back and I keep receiving messages to pay this amount. I spoke to the manager of Absa and told him that this is not my fault this happened in May and now in July you tell me I am in arears but for the mistake that was made by Absa?? He says sorry I will investigate and get back to you tomorrow but if it is true that I was refunded extra I must pay it back. I told him where is the proof I want proof because I don't know if you guys are lying to me or not... So I will await his call tomorrow....
