Worst place to get contractors

I'm extremely disappointed in Snupit, particularly because they failed to post my review of Leindee Projects, a contractor I hired through their platform. This lack of transparency raises serious concerns. Here's my experience:

I hired Leindee Projects through Snupit, and they started the job with an *********** team that executed the project incorrectly. Upon my complaint, they apologized and introduced a new team, attributing the previous team's failure to a subcontractor's abandonment of the project. The new team partially completed the bulkhead but failed to fulfill other project requirements, including rhinolite painting and staircase lighting. Furthermore, despite my payment for materials, including a chandelier and other essential items, they never procured these materials, leaving the project incomplete. The situation was exacerbated by their decision to hire random workers off the street, resulting in substandard work. The painting job was left unfinished, and their electrician caused significant damage to my home's electrical system. Due to their poor performance, lack of professionalism, and failure to meet deadlines, I was compelled to terminate their services. Unfortunately, they left the project in an incomplete state, and I am now left to address the consequences.

Snupit's inadequate vetting process is concerning, given the caliber of contractors like Leindee Projects that they allow on their platform. I advise potential clients to exercise caution when using this platform.
