Totally unprofessional grooming service

We have had the worst experience ever with this so called professional grooming service. We booked our Miniature Husky in for its 3 month grooming with them as our regular groomer were fully booked.

The following occurred: • We normally ask for a winter groom wich entails “defluffing” and evening up his coat • We sent pictures of our dag and a description stating his bread • They shaved him in what they call a winter cut, with chunks cut out of his fur • When questioned whether they were aware that he is a husky they answered yes • When asked if they know that you do not shave huskies, they answered yes. They are totally unprofessional and should not be trusted with any pet
