These are BS artists, placed a substantial order with them close to 4 months ago, with multiple excuses and promises that don't materialise. They aren't even a South African company, they seem to be Chinese operators that register a company in a country and then **** people. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!!

Pathetic and most disingenuous ISP in South Africa
Please don't waste your time and money, everything is always either the fiber host's or the hardware supplier's fault and they are very frugal with the truth We signed up for a double-up service, i.e. 100Mbps down and up with a double-up (at the time with no limitation ), only to have the service first changed to 200 Mbps up and 100 Mbps down and them arguing with us although we have documented proof of there deceit. Now the double-up "promotion will end in September At best decieptfull and at worst *****. Not to mention being harassed for payment although we were in credit for a month in advance, in summary, they are not to be trusted, what they sell you and what you get is chalk and cheese

If you want to waste your time!!
If you have nothing better to do with your time, use them for online purchase, 47min later 7 attempts to log in, waiting around for them to send you a login code. this is arrogance, you can wait on them, your time is not important to them at all. oh and by the way my order history has also disappeared, progress for the sake of progress, the customer is not important at all Very poor customer service, pity they have some good products

Totally unprofessional grooming service
We have had the worst experience ever with this so called professional grooming service. We booked our Miniature Husky in for its 3 month grooming with them as our regular groomer were fully booked. The following occurred: • We normally ask for a winter groom wich entails “defluffing” and evening up his coat • We sent pictures of our dag and a description stating his bread • They shaved him in what they call a winter cut, with chunks cut out of his fur • When questioned whether they were aware that he is a husky they answered yes • When asked if they know that you do not shave huskies, they answered yes. They are totally unprofessional and should not be trusted with any pet

Quotes one price and then charges another
On a previous occasion my wife, had a cut, a treatment, three tints and a Base colour for R 1100.<br> <br> She was quoted R388 for just a colour and the normal treatment is an additional R210, instead she was charged R512 for a Base, no fashion colour and R 435 for the treatment without discussing it with her.<br> <br> When we phoned to query the difference we were offered All sorts of excuses. They are rip off artists that lure you in with false advertising and quotes
