At first I would have given less stars, but that was as a result of my own doing, not theirs. I requested information about the trade-in of an old machine for a new machine and later couriered my old machine to Dawn Pearce for trade-in. Communications via email went well and the machine was delivered to SodaStream, but using my own courier and not PostNet, as suggested. This caused the issue as the courier account is not in my name and therefore Dawn could not connect the waybill on the delivery to our communications. After an email I sent regarding some negative feedback here on HelloPeter, Dawn responded by requesting my mobile number and called me about the trade-in. What a wonderfully friendly person Dawn is! After a seconds call where we determined that the originator details caused the problem and that a cover letter inside the machine should clear things up the trade-in machine was sent promptly and I have a new machine!
