Pathetic service at SOHO Sandton City

I did a manicure treatment at SOHO Sandton City on the 6th of September 2023 and my skin was burning throughout the treatment. Initially I couldn't understand what was happening because I don't have any allergies as such. When i told the the****** that my nails are burning and it's hurting me, she said it's one of the chemicals she is using. It is a product she received today and it is quite strong. REALLY! The staff at SOHO Sandton City treated this matter as 'business as usual', so UNEMPATHETIC. After the treatment, when I went to the cashier to pay, I explained to the manager of the store about what happen, all she said was sorry and asked if i would like to leave a tip! WOW....what would I leave a tip for? Their service was appalling and their 'could not care less' attitude made it worst. Anyway, I am not going there ever again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
