Our wifi controller stopped working, still under warranty but they don't want to purchase a new one to replace in case its not the controller thats faulty but possibly the port on the inverter, charging us around 2k labour to do the wifi controller. In the mean time they would rather take our inverter in to test charging us 6k labour and leaving us on eskom for up to 21 days and if it's not the inverter they will charge us then only the extra 2k labour for the wifi controller.
Useless people to work with!
