Your after sales service care is **** Our wifi controller stopped working, still under warranty but they don't want to purchase a new one to replace in case its not the controller thats faulty but possibly the port on the inverter, charging us around 2k labour to do the wifi controller. In the mean time they would rather take our inverter in to test charging us 6k labour and leaving us on eskom for up to 21 days and if it's not the inverter they will charge us then only the extra 2k labour for the wifi controller. Useless people to work with!
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the quality of your client service. Recently, my husband attempted to book a shooting slot through your app, but despite the payment going through on our end, the booking did not confirm. When we tried to rectify the situation at Safari Outdoor in Pretoria, we were told to make a second payment. We rightfully questioned why we should pay again when the fault lay with your malfunctioning app. The salesperson assured us of a refund, but despite their promises, we never received it. Our attempts to contact your sales and finance teams via email have been met with silence. Only after persistent efforts did a member of your finance team assure us of an impending refund, which never materialized. It's deeply disappointing how our funds seem to have vanished into thin air due to your incompetence. Terrible experience, waiting on an order. They requested tax, all was paid we even managed to get a proof of payment from the bank as they requested and they STILL HAVENT UPDATED IT ON THEIR SYSTEM!!! Stole our money and our parcel! I REFUSE to pay those tax charges agaiin, can take the parcel and shove it up the couriers asses!! No number for the stupid courier company even exists, no one answers, whatsapp bot idiot behind the chat is just as useless
COURIERGUY AND ITS USELESS TEAM are as pathetic as a fly on the wall!!!! On 4th April I was told at at 7:50am I was told driver "Misplaced" the parcel at locker (No where did I state or book this must go into locker) On 4th April at 9:36am driver could not "access" locker due to loadshedding On 4th April at 14:48pm I was told driver again on his way to locker to check for parcel, further no feedback Parcel got lost because of useless employers and drivers working at Courierguy. The item that was sent was a matter of urgency for over night courier and I want the driver to pay for this damage. 5 April: Claims department said they would refund me for the courierguy charges (Overnight courier which their **** sent to a locker) as well as the parcel that was suppose to be delivered to client which got lost. Filled in my claims form and was told within 10 days I would get my refund. 4 May: STILL NO REFUND!!! Their useless Track and Trace department lady in the Bloemfontein Branch (Where the parcel that got lost was sent from) doesnt even reply to emails or anything. Honestly fed up with this useless service and the ******* that stole my parcel and my money COURIERGUY YOU ARE ALL JUST AS PATHETIC!!
Poorest service ever. No contact details. No one ever calls back. No internet for 2 weeks now. Not even any notoce that internet will be down. Wasting 30gb the last few days off phone data to keep working. Absolutely disgusted by this service from this terrible company
We canceled our internet and gave a month's notice of which they still took the full debit order for the next month!!! Bunch of assholes!! No contact was made on their side and they kept saying some one will contact us back!! Will NOT recommend this service provider!! Thieves!!!
