I had solar panels and lithium batteries installed, and recently had some problems with the system not automatically switching over during a power outage. I logged a call with a commitment that they will provide a call number. 2 Days later I followed up again, with another commitment that was not honored. The week thereafter I drove through and spoke to the project manager who made another commitment that was not honored either. I then WhatsApp’d one of the directors at Solar Energy Life. The message was read - but up to now no response. It is now going for week 4 and as of date no message or contact. I wanted to add to the system but with this customer service I doubt that I will use or recommend them
