Abusive Solar Man Pretoria East "owner"

Our SCHUBART INVERTER was re-installed by our Nedbank Insurance Service Provider after being sent back because of setting problems. With the installation of the new batteries, we encountered the same problem (a) the batteries do not charge and (b) at night time the system bypasses the batteries and takes on Eskom power. On 6 June 2023 my wife and I returned to the store to try and get some assistance as the settings, as programmed by Solar Man Pretoria East were not working. The rude abusive manner in which my wife and I got treated when asking for assistance is unacceptable. My wife was told to "f**k-off out of the shop ". I was told that I was stupid as I could not read the manual. The more we tried to explain that the settings were as per Solar Man Pretoria East the more abusive the indicated "owner of the business" became. It was very clear that Solar Man Pretoria East does not have the technical knowledge or ability to advise customers on solar problems. We have photographic evidence where "the owner" singed a middle finger to my wife of 73. Pretoria residents should not purchase from this store and should avoid the store like the plague.
