The new unit was set up as per the settings of the previous unit. However, the system will not utilize the saved battery power. Tried to reason with Manager Jean that the unit, not a week old, is faulty. Tried to get technical assistance from Solar Man but they cannot assist. Their knowledge of the product and technical assistance is pathetic. Solar Man acknowledged that the manual provided by the manufacturer is a badly translated effort. After-sales service as their knowledge of the product is totally unacceptable.
