Incomplete project from Solar Mass Energy
We had an solar and geyser installation agreement on the 14th August 2023 with Solar Mass energy a required 80% deposit was paid. I followed up on an installation date on the 28th august as there was no communication. On the 28th i received an email confirming installation on the 7th September 2023. Team only arrived the 20th September. On Friday the 23rd September without the work being completed the team left and never returned. Nothing has been completed. Multiple WhatsApp's promises but excuse after excuse received. Posted frustration on the Facebook page but the grievance was removed. Till now i am trying to communicate with the company to complete the contracted work and getting empty promises. "All above is factual and can be verified with emails and WhatsApp's."

16 Oct 2023, 06:43Thank you for commenting. We have compensated you for late installation by adding 2 additional solar panels to the value of R 5000. You were given 2 separate quotations. One for the Solar power and one for the geyser conversion. The solar power has been completed. And need the outstanding balance payment to ensure continuity.
